Blinkit's official category page currently advertises free delivery on the first 10 orders in the app. It does not publish a reusable code or complete eligibility terms on that public page. The first deal here therefore repeats the merchant wording, links directly to Blinkit and tells eligible new app users to verify the benefit in their own checkout.

Free delivery does not mean the entire order is fee-free. Blinkit's terms say service charges can include delivery, handling, platform, small-cart, surge, rain, gift and other charges, with applicable amounts shown before the order is placed. Inspect the final basket rather than assuming one banner removes every charge.

The merchant can modify or discontinue credits, discounts, promo codes and vouchers. CouponPe does not add an expiry date, minimum order or location list to the first-order card because the locked source does not state them. If the app does not show the benefit, do not proceed on the basis of this summary alone.

What Blinkit delivers

The official Blinkit site describes a hyperlocal platform for grocery, fruits, vegetables and daily essentials. Its official pages list more than 30,000 products across food, personal care, household and other categories, though local inventory depends on the selected address.

Categories include dairy and breakfast, munchies, drinks, frozen food, bakery, staples, meat and fish, baby care, pharmacy and wellness, cleaning, home furnishings, personal care, pet care, beauty, kitchen, fashion, electronics, stationery, books, toys, print products and e-gift cards. Not every item is stocked in every dark store.

Select the location before using search. Compare pack size, seller, price and availability on the product page. For regulated, age-restricted, prescription or digital products, follow the additional checks shown by Blinkit and the seller.

Delivery time, charges and live tracking

Blinkit is built for local rapid delivery, but timing varies by store and locality. Its FAQ says some locations operate from 6 AM to 11 PM and selected areas have overnight delivery. It also says delays can occur and customer support may update the expected time.

The app promotes live tracking. Use the active order screen for the current rider and timing information. A national headline or category-page delivery number is not a promise for every address, weather condition or basket.

Each store can have its own delivery charge, displayed at checkout. Other service charges can vary by distance, time, demand, traffic, weather and seasonal peaks. Review them before payment, especially when a small urgent basket costs more to fulfil.

Payment and GST information

Blinkit's terms refer to electronic payments through debit card, credit card, netbanking and UPI. Cash on delivery also appears in the refund provisions. The methods available to one order can depend on location, product and account, so use the live checkout.

The FAQ says product prices and service charges shown in the cart include GST. When the same supplier provides goods and services, the service tax treatment may follow the product; when suppliers differ, a separate service invoice and 18% treatment can apply. The order summary and invoices show the transaction-specific split.

A payment method is not automatically a promotion. Blinkit may issue account-specific cashback, credits or promo codes, but no universal public code was verified. Check the cart for the current value and terms before authorising payment.

When a Blinkit order can be cancelled

The official FAQ says an order can be cancelled from the app or web order-details page while it is still in the packing stage. Once the order advances, that option may disappear. Review the address and basket immediately after placing the order if a correction is needed.

Blinkit does not let customers edit the delivery address of an existing order. The FAQ advises cancelling and reordering from the correct locality. It also says an order cannot be rescheduled, because delivery operates while the local store is open.

The detailed terms note that cancellation requests are subject to acceptance. Blinkit can cancel for suspected fraud, unavailable products, technical errors or delivery difficulties. Qualifying merchant cancellations can trigger a refund; customer-caused non-delivery, such as an incorrect location or being unreachable, may not.

Returns, complaints and refund windows

Complaint timing depends on the category. Blinkit's FAQ lists 72 hours for consumable perishables such as meat, seafood, frozen food, fruit, vegetables, dairy, milk, eggs and bread, and 72 hours for non-perishable groceries. It lists 24 hours for general merchandise, a completely wrong order, missing-delivery cases and certain named product groups. Issues involving insects, fungus, foreign material or expired products are shown without that restriction.

Use Customer Support in the app or web and provide the order record plus clear photographs when relevant. Resolution depends on the product and evidence. The FAQ says a full order cancellation or return receives the product price and applicable service charges; a partial return can treat service charges differently depending on supplier.

If Blinkit cancels, the FAQ says the customer receives a full refund including service charges. A partially fulfilled order receives a refund for the undelivered product. Bank processing and selected refund form can affect timing.

Refund form, promotional credit and cashback

Blinkit's terms say electronic-payment refunds may return through the original method or be supplied as credit, cashback, coupon or promotional code under stated conditions. Cash-on-delivery refunds may be given as promotional codes with their own validity. Always read the resolution offered for the actual order.

Once a user chooses a promotional-code refund for an online payment, the terms say it cannot be transferred back to another method. Promotional and transactional cashback also have defined account validity periods unless Blinkit states another period. These are refund mechanics, not a reason to advertise a public coupon.

Do not accept a support request for a UPI PIN, CVV or OTP. Blinkit's contact page explicitly warns that a representative will not ask for those details. Refund progress should stay inside the app or official support conversation.

How to contact real Blinkit support

The official Blinkit contact page directs order issues to Customer Support in the app. It explicitly says Blinkit has no official customer-care telephone line and warns users about fake numbers. This is a critical safety fact for a high-speed order where a shopper may search for help quickly.

Open the affected order, choose the relevant issue and attach evidence. The order record gives support the products, supplier, charges and delivery status. For a general query, use the published contact page rather than a number in a social-media reply.

CouponPe must not place an unofficial support number in FAQ or schema. Visible answers and structured data should say the same thing: use app or web support; there is no official phone line.

How to judge a Blinkit offer

Compare the product's final price, pack size and required quantity. Then include service charges. Manufacturer-funded product offers, account coupons, first-order delivery benefits and cashback are different mechanisms and may not combine.

Read any minimum basket, category, payment, location and account condition displayed in the app. Promo terms say an offer tied to minimum value or category may be lost if qualifying products are returned or refunded. A benefit cannot generally be transferred, exchanged for cash or clubbed unless Blinkit says otherwise.

For urgent purchases, convenience may matter more than a percentage. For a planned large basket, compare the all-in total with another grocery merchant. CouponPe provides navigation; Blinkit's checkout provides the transaction evidence.

Source scope and omitted claims

This update uses Blinkit's homepage, categories, FAQ, terms and contact page captured on 4 August 2026. It supports the assortment and categories, app banner, live tracking, location-based charges, listed payment routes, packing-stage cancellation, complaint windows and official support channel.

A Coca-Cola promotion found in official search material ended on 20 July 2026, so it is intentionally excluded. No public reusable Blinkit code, current named nationwide sale with exact dates or exclusive CouponPe benefit was verified.

Internal links can lead to grocery offers, food and delivery stores, and the India deals directory. They should not imply that a code from another quick-commerce app works on Blinkit. The live location, product page and checkout remain decisive.

A Blinkit checkout and delivery checklist

Choose the exact delivery location before browsing. Confirm that the local store is operating and review the estimated time. Add the needed products, checking seller, pack size, quantity and price. For fresh, frozen or age-restricted goods, read the product information and be available for any delivery verification.

If the app displays free delivery for the first 10 orders, inspect which charge is removed and whether another service charge remains. Do not add a code unless Blinkit supplies one to the account. The card on CouponPe is a direct deal route, not a promise that every new account receives the same basket result.

At checkout, review product total, taxes, delivery, handling, platform, small-cart, surge and any other fee shown. Select an available payment method and confirm the final amount. An electronic payment refund may follow the original method or an accepted promotional-credit route; understand that choice before resolving an issue.

Immediately after placing the order, inspect the address and items. Blinkit says cancellation is available only while packing, and the address cannot be edited. If the address is wrong, cancel while the control remains available and create a new order for the correct locality. Rescheduling is not supported.

Use live tracking in the app for progress. If the order is delayed, rely on the updated estimate or in-app support rather than calling an unofficial number. Blinkit's average or promotional delivery language does not override weather, demand or local operating conditions.

On arrival, compare products with the invoice and inspect damage, seals and dates. For a partial fulfilment, compare the charged invoice with the delivered products. Blinkit's FAQ says the amount paid for an undelivered product is refunded. A partial-return service-charge outcome can depend on whether the product and service came from the same supplier, so read the order-specific resolution.

GST may appear in one or more invoices. When the supplier of goods and services is the same, the transaction can be documented together; when suppliers differ, a separate service invoice can be issued. Keep those invoices for a business expense or warranty claim instead of relying on the cart screenshot.

Digital goods, gift cards and vouchers follow issuer terms and may not be returnable. Check the validity, recipient detail and redemption restriction before payment. If a digital product fails, contact the issuer or seller through the route Blinkit displays rather than using the grocery complaint window.

For age-restricted products, the FAQ expects the customer to meet the legal age requirement and the platform can require checks. Availability is local and should never be used to encourage purchase for a minor. CouponPe does not turn these products into promotional recommendations.

Blinkit describes overnight delivery only for selected areas. If the local store is closed, do not rely on a national round-the-clock phrase. The address screen and current estimate decide whether an order can be placed and when it is expected.

A fast delivery promise does not change manufacturer coverage, installation requirements or return eligibility.
