Cashify shoppers do not face one single checkout journey. The official platform supports selling an old device, buying a refurbished device, booking a repair, recycling electronics and visiting a physical store. That distinction matters when looking at a Cashify coupon or offer: an extra-value voucher for selling a phone is not a discount on a refurbished phone, while a repair saving does not apply to a laptop buyback. Start with the service named on the offer, then read its merchant page before submitting device or payment details.

The first offer shown on this CouponPe page is Cashify’s official 3.5% extra-value option for an old phone when the customer selects a Flipkart voucher. It is an offer rather than a typed coupon code. The destination is Cashify’s own offer page, and the final quote still depends on the device assessment and the choices shown in Cashify’s selling flow. No expiry is stated because the locked official source did not expose a readable validity date.
Cashify’s navigation separates selling from buying because the customer gives value to the merchant in one journey and pays the merchant in the other. The sell flow covers phones, laptops, tablets, smartwatches, televisions, cameras, gaming consoles, earbuds and several other device types. A customer selling a phone begins with the device model and condition, while someone shopping for a refurbished phone begins with available stock, grade and price. Coupon language should never blur those two transactions.
Repair is another distinct service. Cashify lists screen, battery, microphone, back-panel, charging-jack and other repair paths for supported phones. The official offers hub may carry repair savings as well as buyback bonuses, but each card should lead to the matching service. Customers should check the supported model, city or doorstep availability and the final amount displayed by Cashify. A broad headline cannot replace those live service details.
The most useful starting point is the official Cashify offers page. It groups sell-phone, exchange, refurbished-device and repair offers in one merchant-controlled place. CouponPe can explain the difference between these offer types, but Cashify remains the source for the current eligibility, quote and redemption route.
Cashify currently has separate official pages for an Amazon Gift Card option and a Flipkart voucher option when selling an old phone. The Amazon route states 2.25% extra value. The Flipkart route states 3.5% extra value. These are payment-choice bonuses: the customer selects the relevant voucher in the payment mode section instead of treating the percentage as a universal cash uplift or a checkout coupon for a refurbished purchase.
For the Amazon option, Cashify says the voucher is sent to the registered email address or mobile number and can be redeemed on Amazon’s app or website. The Flipkart offer has its own merchant page and should be evaluated separately. A shopper should compare the final voucher value with the cash payment shown for the same assessed device. The larger percentage does not automatically make one option suitable for every customer, because a voucher has a different use from money paid through another method.
Neither offer should be labelled exclusive to CouponPe. Both are publicly documented by Cashify. CouponPe also should not supply a coupon code when the merchant flow does not require one. The honest action is to open the relevant official offer, choose the device, complete the assessment and confirm the selected payout method before accepting the quote.
Cashify sells refurbished phones, laptops, tablets, smartwatches, gaming consoles, cameras and audio products. Availability changes with inventory. Refurbished phones are presented in condition variants such as Superb, Good, Fair and Best Value, so two units of the same model may not carry identical cosmetic descriptions or prices. The product page, not a general coupon summary, is where the buyer should verify storage, colour, condition, accessories and the final payable amount.
The official FAQ says refurbished phones undergo a 32-point quality check and refurbished laptops a 35-point inspection. Cashify’s current refurbished warranty table lists six months for phones, laptops, tablets, smartwatches, consoles and cameras, with different periods for certain accessories and lenses. Those periods begin from the Cashify invoice date and are subject to the detailed exclusions and claim process on the warranty page.
Cashify’s policy also states a 15-day refund or replacement window for online refurbished mobiles, laptops, tablets and smartwatches. Many other products use a 48-hour window, and the policy does not extend the same way to offline-store purchases. Buyers should retain the invoice, confirm the device IMEI or serial number and inspect the item promptly after delivery. Liquid damage, unauthorised repair and other listed exclusions can affect warranty eligibility.
For refurbished orders, Cashify’s FAQ lists Visa and Mastercard debit or credit cards, Net Banking, RuPay, Freecharge and MobiKwik. Another official card FAQ also names Maestro and American Express. Payment availability can change by order, device or checkout, so the payment screen is the final source. Cashify’s FAQ says split payment is not available for refurbished mobiles; the full payment must be made through one supported mode.
After a refurbished order is successfully placed, Cashify sends a confirmation email. Once dispatched, the customer receives an email or SMS containing a tracking ID. Orders are delivered to the supplied address through courier services. That means tracking belongs in the order journey, not in the sell-device quote journey. A customer waiting for a pickup or repair appointment should use the status route shown for that particular service.
Cashify’s refurbished-mobile FAQ says delivery is free for those orders. It also says an invoice is supplied with the product and as a soft copy; customers who do not receive it can contact the listed store support email. Keeping the invoice is especially important because warranty claims require proof of purchase and device details.
Cashify allows an active order, repair appointment or sell-device appointment to be cancelled or rescheduled from My Profile and then Orders. The merchant asks for a reason so it can understand the request. The exact effect depends on the transaction stage and service, which is why customers should use the active order rather than relying on a generic cancellation promise.
If Cashify itself cancels a refurbished purchase because stock is unavailable or the device does not pass quality control before shipment, its FAQ says the refund is processed to the original payment method and generally credited within five to seven business days. Bank processing can affect when the amount becomes visible. That statement should not be converted into a guarantee for every refund scenario.
For warranty returns, the current policy requires issue verification and supporting device images or video where requested. Pickup, inspection, repair, replacement or refund can follow depending on the outcome. A return reason that does not match the verified issue may be rejected. Customers should back up personal data before handing over a device, because the warranty policy places responsibility for data and settings on the customer.
Cashify directs customers to chat through the Contact Us or order-tracking route for order help. Its current refurbished warranty page lists a helpline, WhatsApp and the wecare email address, with service hours from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM Monday to Sunday. A nearby store can also help initiate a supported claim. Contact details can change, so the official support page is safer than copying a number into an evergreen offer headline.
A warranty claim needs the original invoice and the matching IMEI or serial number. Cashify may ask for images of the front, sides and back of the device and a video showing the fault. The policy states that pickup and drop can carry a ₹150 charge. If the reported problem is covered, Cashify can repair, replace or refund according to the policy and the age of the device.
Use the official refurbished warranty policy for the current table, exclusions and process. Repair work has a separate warranty policy, including different coverage for screens and other spare parts. A customer should therefore open the policy that matches the invoice rather than assuming the refurbished-device terms apply to a repair booking.
First identify the transaction: sell, buy, exchange or repair. Second, open the official offer page and note whether the benefit is extra payout, a product markdown, an exchange bonus or a repair saving. Third, follow Cashify’s device and location steps until the final quote or price is visible. Only then compare the benefit with alternative payout or product options.
For sell-phone voucher offers, check that the selected payment mode matches the offer named on the page. For a refurbished purchase, inspect grade, warranty and return terms along with price. For an exchange offer, confirm whether it is limited to participating physical stores. For repair, verify model coverage and appointment availability. These checks are more valuable than copying a percentage without its transaction context.
CouponPe intentionally omits an expiry where Cashify does not provide one in readable official evidence. It also omits minimum order, new-user status and exclusivity unless Cashify states them for that exact offer. This keeps the offer useful after the shopper reaches the merchant: the card describes what Cashify actually documents and leaves live quote variables to Cashify’s own flow.
CouponPe links directly to the Cashify merchant domain and records the official sources used for each factual section. That confirms the destination and the evidence reviewed on the capture date; it does not guarantee that every device, city, grade or payout option remains available. Inventory, assessed condition and service coverage are live merchant decisions.
The official pages support the service categories, voucher percentages, quality-check counts, payment list, tracking route and policy rules described above. CouponPe does not add a coupon code to a no-code offer, does not call a merchant-public offer exclusive and does not guess a validity date. If Cashify changes an offer, the merchant page and final transaction screen take priority.
Shoppers can use this page as a decision guide: understand the offer type, reach the correct Cashify path and know which policy details to inspect. The final device quote, payout, product condition, delivery estimate and resolution come from Cashify. That clear split helps an offer page remain useful without pretending that a dynamic recommerce transaction is a fixed retail coupon.
A sell-device estimate is not the same as an accepted final payout. Cashify’s journey asks for the model and condition because screen, body, buttons, cameras, battery behaviour and other functional details can change the valuation. The customer should answer accurately and expect the device to be checked. A percentage voucher bonus applies to the eligible assessed value shown in the merchant flow; it does not protect an earlier estimate from changing after condition verification.
Before a pickup or store visit, remove personal accounts only after following safe backup steps, keep required device accessories available if the flow asks for them and make sure the registered contact details can receive updates. Cashify’s warranty policy separately reminds refurbished-device owners to back up data before service. CouponPe does not claim that data removal, accessories or pickup requirements are identical for every category, because the live transaction provides the applicable instructions.
For a refurbished purchase, condition means the merchant’s listed grade rather than the customer’s old-device questionnaire. Read the grade description, images and product title, then confirm what accessories are explicitly included. Cashify’s warranty policy says chargers, cables, mounts, cases or other bundled accessories are not guaranteed unless the title or description states them. That exact-product check prevents a headline saving from hiding an important purchase difference.
When two Cashify offers appear together, compare like with like. The 3.5% Flipkart voucher and 2.25% Amazon Gift Card benefits are payout choices for selling an old phone, not competing refurbished-product discounts. Select only the payout you can use, and confirm the registered email or mobile details before completing the transaction.

I built CouponPe on one rule: never stamp uncertainty as “working” or “verified.” A code that works at breakfast can be dead by lunch, so we show what is listed, checkout-tested, and supported by evidence.
